Today's expression is to stop on and to stamp on. To stop on something is a phrasal verb, which means you put your foot really hard onto something. My son stamped on my foot when i was mad at him for kicking me in the face. That would have hurt because dad’s foot is big. So if i stamp on his foot, going to hurt. I'm not going to do that. But anyway, he should not too.
