Every person that hires an architect, they always ask, what's it going to cost me to build? And frankly, it's unfair for a client to ask that, because you're not on that side of it. There's his false sense of understanding of cost. To approach it in the sense of design it first and then find the cheapest guy is just wildly wrong in so many levels.
