There's more of an even dynamic between marketing and sales at AWS I mean Amazon you can think of as a marketing led company was their heritage where at SAP there was very much a salesonomy the culture. The other dynamic that is really similar between the two and that I was able to look at it SAP and and apply similar thinking in AWS's we're often selling to a committee of buyers over a long complex sales cycle so there are many people that have to be influenced and convinced along the way for both companies.
