The Power of Diversity in the Creative Process

Diverse teams have a greater ability to see beyond the simple observations and assumptions that oftentimes we get locked into. They understand how to peel back the layers because they've had experiences that a lot of others haven't. It creates what i call in the book, this vision advantage, which is really a competitive advantage. And so everybody's looking at the same thing through the same eyes. So this is something that everyone can practise and support and be an ally for. Certainly it's, in my opinion, the life blood of our creative practices of the future.
