How to Diversify Your Leaders
Youth pastors' job on Sunday mornings is to recruit the best of the best that are just walking around maybe not serving somewhere. You can tell when a leader has a heart for other people by how naturally they spark up conversations with students. Don't disqualify someone before you even get to know them does that make sense? Diversify your leaders don't have people just like you like i've tried really hard to do and it's helping get people who may who may not fit in your mold.
