The Cost of Conflict

I think there's a whole big play on, you know, why don't we engage in conflict? And often, at least I believe it stems from the assumption that the other person can't handle it. So not dealing with conflict creates an erosion and trust absolutely. It has a cost for us physically, emotionally. There's lost productivity for the organizations.
