The Secret Weapon of a Young Starter

Every single starter in the library is fed with its original flower, sourced from the original owner. We do that six times per year. It's a lot of effort to maintain this library. You knot caral researchesthe starters, you know, goes to the home countries to source these starters and then studies and bakes with them constantly. But it's such a cool and worth while project. In a way, the library is a monument to these bakers and to these a wild east and bacteria colonies that coexist with us. And you know, if some one keeps them safe and keeps giving them a little flower once in a while, they can kind of be immortal.
