Is the Executive Branch Responsible and Obligatory to Enforce the Law?
A common objection to immigration and in fact I've been hearing this a lot because people, mostly conservatives click conservative claim that the Biden administration is not doing a good job at the border. They claim that Trump because he enforced all these immigration laws more more strictly was actually a complaint with what should be done so basically they're saying that a failure to enforce all of our immigration laws as a leisure divide in the zoo will destroy the rule of law. So if you have laws on the books, it is the executive branch is responsible and obligation to uphold and enforce the law. And when it's a whole bunch of laws, all of which together can't be enforced that's another whole problem.
