You Grow Up With Medicine, Right?

Medicine has shaped who you are as a person, and it's part of your existence. You grow up with medicine, and then they jump into it from the outside. Between a quarter and a half of all medical school cohorts have either one or both parants who are already in medicine. That doesn't necessarily give us as diverse a cohort as we would like.
