The Effects of Homelessness on Mental Health
Homeless are far more likely to be victims of crime, and not really the other way around. Most people don't understand if someone is in a full blown mental health crisis that needs hospitalization or just having some symptoms of an untreated mental illness. A lot of people believe they're in danger, rather than believing that the person that is there can be helped. And when the situation like happened with Mr. Nealey, then we get into those horrible situations.
