Meditation Has Transformed My Life
meditation is a practice where you give your mind, the monkey mind, which is just always in a going off, to focus on something. You might give it your breath, something that you can bring your aware and your attention too. When you're doing this, when you're first brand new, you'll have thoughts come up. And instead of trying to adjust and do something hurt or hurt someone else, we often care more about our own feelings. So ihahave had a huge turn around with that.
