How Much of This Album Was Subconscious?

How much of this album, on a basic kind of balance, was subconscious, and how much of it felt conscious in terms of the writing? I'd love to say 70 % was subconscious, but i don't, i don't know if that's completely true. Thegin is a construct. Let it flow, then you put it into this framework.
