Sally Kohn: We've been sold this idea of understanding risks as that being a sufficient sort of social like society wide response. But when those risks are then taken or whatever, something goes wrong, who's liable for that? She says the courts would not be able to prove causal chain without testing. Kohn: The burden of proof itself is already such a high bar to clear that this is not a fucking problem. It's naturalizing social murder, essentially.
