Occupancy is a big driver in our industry. Like I said, we're trying to reduce our footprint across the Americas. It's a hard dance right now for employers as a whole to keep your employees happy. Most of them want to work remote now, but they don't want to come in. But that doesn't mean that our footprint needs to be a huge amount to accommodate that.
