The Origins of Freemasonry

Masons have artificially constructed this lineage to themselves and other people throughout history who had secret knowledge, secret powerful, spiritual understanding of the universe. They later did it to the Royal Society in England and the Enlightenment movement by portraying Isaac Newton as sort of the progenitor or someone who also had some kind of link to Freemasonry. So these are the kernels of truth that Masons have used to flesh out their own origin story throughout history. It wasn't until in 1604 that a three-volume commentary on Ezekiel came out by a Jesuit priest that illustrated in it what most people in the public had never seen before.
