Are You Using Aggression to Get Out Your Anger?

Humans use aggression to get out their anger. We need to catch ourselves and think about ways in which we can use this more productively. Exercise when you're angry tends to have a key impact as some of thet catharsis that i was talking about, that it ends up being another form of catharsis. But just because something feels good doesn't mean it's actually good for you. It does feel good o break things when you're aggressive. The same thing ends up being true of anger. What you want to do is try and relax. Try and take deep breaths to decrease that already present elevation of heart rate muscle tension.
