The Storage Strength of the Memory Will Never Go Away, Right?

The storage strength, according to the most common em theories of conof sciences, not everybody agrees with this, by the way. But there's quite a lot of evidence to suggest that it's a good way of thinking about it. So when you learn something, if you're learning something for the first time, you have some, you know, storage strength of the memory go up. And then all that happens as the retrieval strength goes down. The brain is usually too low level for this kind of stuff so don't get hung up on how many languages you can speak.
