SaaS Companies - One or Two KPIs?

ServiceNow is a SaaS company, so it's not like we're a consumption company, right? We run the whole company on consumption. One of the things that we advise our portfolio companies is to have one or two KPIs for the whole entire company. And that way everyone's aligned and there is this singular focus. That's exactly what we do when I was at ServiceNow.
