Solar manufacturing is definitely seen very steep declines in costs year on year and I think that seems to be changing a bit at the current moment. There's general misunderstanding around China's position today and how it got there. Some of this was due to supply side subsidies and policies too so there was a feed-in tariff program that was brought in over a decade ago in China which led to an incredible boom in PV demand.
