We often feel guilty delegating things we don't enjoy because we assume nobody else will enj either. Leadership is not primarily about getting things done right, it's about multiplying our efforts through others. We need to empower other people by positioning them to do what they do best. The fifth and final reason that we often miss out on the power of focus is we don't take time to develop other leaders.
