The central planner assumes that everyone has the same kind of mind as everyone else does. So they will, the same vision of the good so that they will act in a predictable way. What they might do is write off the ones that don't act the right way. And make things very difficult for them so that they're no longer participants. It's not that communism is bad. It's that it's never been tried.
