Is There Progress in Science?

Lacatosh and firabend agree on everything. They're trying to explain how to science progress. From lactoses perspective, it's important that science has a rational final. But i think that's a problematic term, because i don't think that in itself is defined very well. And something that is a pseudo science is something that does not have the authority to make the decision.
