The Reality of Turnkey Services
The real Achilles feel for the word turnkey is that it's too good to be true. The industry has promoted itself as being able to do that with these massive outsized returns and no risk. I mean this is still buying a single family home remotely, in most cases and passively. We're doing exactly what what you're doing. It's not ideal because we don't manage it on the back end but the only thing I won't do is Airbnb.
