I've, You Know, a Question of Public Interest Law in Other Countries

Earth justice has an international programme to support public interest law organizations in other countries. Some of those countries have provisions in their constitution that are more directly relevant to these claims. And so we're seeing, for example, in places like south africa, were where planifts have been able to say, hy look, you know, we have legal protections on these things. and then finally, there are states like new york that are enacting transformative legislation like the a, the c l c p a, the climate leadership and community protection act in new York.
