junior doctors find it really difficult with the level of night shifts they have to do for example in a row. I actually do think that if the rota was sorted out then I think that the pressure to restore pay or to up the pay would be diminished. It is completely understandable to me that junior doctors do decide to go abroad because the lifestyle the pay is so much better and unfortunately you know we've just had an NHS for so long that has defended the system refusing to listen to any kind of critique or criticism. So my point here is that I do very much sympathize with what doctors asked to do but I don't see how giving them more money is part of it.
