How to Love Yourself as You Are Now
I've lost about ten pounds that have just about stayed off. But i'm still not at my target. And it's easy to get frustrated and resd and upset and feel like i'm just not happy in my skin. Change cannot happen until you learn to love yourself as you are now. We can be better, we can be worse, but we're still on the spectrum of who we are. Don't aim to change yourself. Aim to make choices thats on that end of the spectrum that is better.
