Is There a Difference Between Men and Women in Business Leadership?

I think I'm actually an introvert even though I maybe appear extroverted like you just want that silence and those few minutes to sort of like really go inside. One of my favorite things is with it being in person and being able to actually use pens and pieces of paper is that so many people can draw better than they can use words. And so I love it when somebody's a little bit quiet and you're thinking, Oh God, are they even engaged? Then they whip out this beautiful drawing of something that really pushes the thinking in a new direction. That's so cool.
