How to Build a Water Charger

Vogel understood that the water at the level of moving from the plasma to the gas to the liquid to the physical, when it concretizes into physical matter, it becomes clear quartz. Marcel Vogel required his Vogel crystals when he touched them on a radionics device, that they would have the same frequency as water, but now crystallized into a physical form.
