Pipeline explosion in Ukraine has raised new questions about Russia's energy policy. Harry from Norfolk says Putin has a history of blowing up gas pipelines to create economic and political instability as a way of impressing on countries, their dependence on Russian energy. David Tristan Rate from Canberra makes some really interesting points about whether we've been a bit slow in the West to respond to the challenges that Russia is setting us.
