The Importance of Learning to Love Your Child
I was on a manus dropout where she is now a fancy lecturer. But the thing is, you know, like dropping out is really important. Like when you're a girl like me, particularly, you don't know what you want to do. And so back then, I was able to like try things. So Joe would like, I remember going to the Larkin Center and doing a parenting course. It was my first real reintroduction to any education. She had been mistreated in relationships but also mistreated herself because she didn't know how to do it.
