A Tax Refund Could Make a Difference

My aunt never got her refund, and she's going to be evicted next week if she can't pay her mortgage. A tax refund could really make a difference to her. Look at this envelope: There's something written in tiny print on the inside. They all have it too. Could they all beax refunds? But why would all these tax refunds be going to the same address? I don't know, but i'd better find out.
