The highest state is realizing your true identity that you can access everything that already exists in love, guys. This is why the International Peace Project is so interesting to me, because they don't pray for peace or I must get this leader elected or I must have this. They simply see the world as peaceful and enjoy it as if it's already in peace. It literally starts to affect every human being's consciousness at the same time, because we're all connected.
