Framing - How to Frame an Argument

Framing is putting a particular argument into a narrative, into a pre-existing narrative. What you want to do is understand how your counterpart is looking at it but stress a different framing. We have multiple concerns and multiple narratives in our life, and we're not always consistent in the way we think about things. If we can frame it in one way, we might be able to persuade someone else of our position.
