You had this maverick idea and I am seeing some of where you went. What what spurred you? Financial futures this was not it did not exist. There is many many causes. The main one is that if you recall in the late 60s and in 1970 the Bretton Woods system which was a six exchange rate system was constantly going through the valuation and revaluation by big numbers because the world was changing.
