The Treasury Exchange Stabilization Fund and the Silicon Valley Bank

The administration is trying to simultaneously argue to the American people that this collapse is isolated. That's a little bit disingenuous because that's what you wanted us to believe a week ago about the SVB, right? The Silicon Valley Bank was not on any kind of watch list. They would not be looked after in any way the assumption was that they were doing just fine and now they're not.
