Our revenue's been growing steadily, but our profit is quite fluctuating based upon what is our utilization percentage in that particular month. What we shoot for is 35 client hours for the prose per week, 35 to 37. And then, you know, three to five hours of internal trainings and meetings and things like that. Again, our goal is to get up to that 90 to 95 % utilization all the time.
