The Importance of Sequential Decision Making

The biggest companies all have second and third products, they usually happen within a certain timeframe. Juba: We're going to pursue things generally in series rather than parallel. And taking on a second or third act should only happen when your core products are at a maturity level where they are effectively the market leaders. But that said, of course, if you see an opportunity to expand wallet share within an existing customer set or use your resources to find adjacencies, you should absolutely take advantage of that.
