How Reasonable Was the Chokehold Itself More So Than the Intervention Itself?
The legal principles are you have to respond in kind and not escalate. And if you're going to respond with physical force, there's got to be a limit there somewhere. It just strikes me that everything is coming down to how reasonable was the chokehold itself more so than the intervention itself.
