James O'Keefe has a long history of misdeeds. He's been caught on camera asking questions about tax evasion, human smuggling and child prostitution. His videos were edited to look as if they had come from an organization called Acorn that he was trying to shut down. The group later paid him $100,000 for his part in the incident but it didn't deter him.
