Are You Sure That Your Referral Base Was There?
There was obviously an element of risk, no doubt. But a lot of the practices that were referring to the practice in Gloucestershire that was previously at, they were referring directly to me as opposed to the practice. So I knew that patients like the practice and parents were bringing the kids in for NHS also that we were going to pick up enough inquiries to get us off the floor. And even to this day, we don't external marketing. Yes, we have a website, but every, you know, I would say on average, we get about 100 new patient referrals a month into our specialists and then inquiries beyond that. That just continues to grow.
