God Shows Us Who God Is

We need Jesus to heal the images of God that we have, the false images of God. And so when our narrative says God wants me to try harder, the gospel says God wants you to rest in his love. We would do well to meditate on Jesus in prayer and in scripture. Why? Because he shows us what God is like.
