How to Hire the Best People for Your Company
A big part of your role is running a company and building a team. So you need to be constantly on the lookout for the best people possible. For me, looking at your portfolio, I want to get into your head. It's the ability to tell a story. If all you do is come up with the answer, you might have just done it through blind luck. And when you're doing that design and exercise in your workshop, when you'redoing that sticky, sticky, prioritization exercise, I need you to take pictures like this.
