I think, say no as an important scale to increase your attention. If you're always working, well thatis, you'll go at work as god. I'm convinced that a smaller amount of high quality attention is so much healthier than just wanting things all the time. The same with parents raising children - it's not about how many times they do it but whether or not they are fully focused on each other.
