Not all these companies build big brands, but because there are such fast ways of technical change that come in China and also will come in India. What made you successful then is not going to make you successful now. You end up with a brand that has been built based on TV media in China and now suddenly no one is watching TV. And somebody will come up and disrupt you. The faster your existing business model can be disrupted  the same rules work
