How to Get More Bandwidth
When people are overwhelmed, you're working 60, 70, 80 hours a week. There's two things that people do to get bandwidth: They try to hire more people and they just try to get shit off their plate as fast as possible. But when you shift the mindset to be thinking more holistically for the group, that's where the shift happens from optimizing for transfer versus optimizing for retrieval.
