How to Scale a Startup

I've gone through all different phases. We're at the phase now where the company is working, the core business is working well. I could presumably go away for a month or two months and the company would basically run fine,. Right? There's things that would start to degrade, but the core product will be fine. Almost no company in the world has a single product. And so that's the challenge for me now: The core products in community grow, but there's opportunities to start other products.
