The Importance of Class Privilege
I'm so glad you brought up the idea of class privilege to because this is something I was talking to you about when we had coffee and dev has a long career in nonprofit work. Once you're aware of it, you can leverage that for good for doing good but if you aren't aware of it or haven't thought about it, don't do it. And like you said this, even this notion of working for free is really is a privilege and it's one to be aware of.
