The most time sensitive diagnosis here would be ascending colonitis and so we already alluded to this earlier but just to kind of clarify, what is the management for that look like. If you have a high probability for common viaduct stone go straight to ERCP if intermediate gets some more information with an MRCP or EUS. The way you get source control is with an ERCP ideally with billiard decompression where you clear the billiard tract usually of debris of stones Sometimes it's sludge and then you continue to see how those patients do once they have their have a cheap billiary drainage.
