Do You Feel Better When Taking a Dietary Supplement?

So let's say that they try it and they feel better. Is that a sign that it works or not? Just by itself? So define better for me, because this is a very general question. No science has proved the placebo effect. Studies have shown that when you believe in something, your belief system can have a tremendous impact on how, on your perception and how you feel. And I always use the example of my grandmother who had a very bad case of me or Tritus; she was taking 200 units of vitamin E every day. She took that and she immediately, like five minutes, she felt better. It really depends what you mean by feeling better.
