Is There a New Understanding Without the Extreme Career?

Yuue: I've been really enjoying thinking about the words open and closed, which feel much less loaded or complex than happy and sad. And i think we can more easily go i makes me feel open on what makes me close down. It's about how we're react into the world around us and those choices that we're making. So you know, you've obviously had a very extreme life. Do you think you would have arrived at this place without the extreme career that you had? And also, in those moments in your career were you really were feeling closed and you weren't open or in chain with this inner joy and this connection? Can you see it clearly now? Yuue
